President Barack Obama chooses Dr. Regina Benjamin as General Surgeon, the first black woman to head a state medical society.
She founded a Clinic in 1990 but a hurricane devastated her clinic. Rebuilt it again but Hurricane Katrina it again in 2005. Never gave up rebuilt the clinic once again which was destroyed by fire. She refused to gave up to serve this people specially those who don't have a healthcare insurance. She is very dedicated to change the system of healthcare.
She's one a million and it's worth it that President Obama chooses Dr. Regina Benjamin as Surgeon General.

I agree that Dr. Benjamin is a wonderful choice. She is a great example of a person who is not discouraged from set backs.
I love obama! he will do amazing things in his presidency.
